Several years ago I took my first cake decorating class and I've been hooked ever since.  Since that first class I've taken advanced classes and have read every book I could.  I constantly push myself to learn new aspects of decorating and to expand my skills.

As much as I love decorating, taste is still my top priority.   It seems I am on a never-ending quest to find that one recipe that tastes just a little better than the last.  

I am taking a break from cakes for a while, until my children are a little older and established in school.  This is a difficult decision, but I would hate to miss out on this wonderful time when my children are still young.  I'm sorry for any inconvenience this might cause.
